Exclusive human milk feeding significantly reduces the incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis, a leading cause for prematurity-related death, and contributes to the overall wellbeing of medically fragile infants.

Qualify
Complete the initial screening questionnaire below.. Once you submit this form, we will reach out to you for the next steps.

Blood Sample
The final step in the screening process is to have a blood sample drawn to ensure you are healthy to donate your milk. We will coordinate with the lab to pay for your blood work.

Drop Off Milk
When all screenings are passed, you will be able to regularly drop off your breast milk donations at our Milk Drop Sites.
